Requests for Charitable Donations

Allegiant is committed to the communities we serve and is pleased to contribute to charitable causes across the country. We receive thousands of requests each year, and make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible.

Please note that we have amended our charitable requests procedure for events taking place in 2012. All requests will now need to be submitted electronically using the Web form found below. We will only accept requests that are received by the last day of the month, two calendar months prior to the event date (e.g. if your event is on May 17, 2012, we will accept your request up to March 31, 2012). Please note that requests will only be accepted using the Web form. We will review all requests the month prior to the event date, and will contact each organization once a decision has been made. Please do not contact us regarding the status of your request.

Requests should be for air transportation only -- Allegiant does not make financial contributions.

Allegiant does not make contributions to the support of:

• Organizations lacking proof of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status under the Internal Revenue Service code
• Endowments
• Annual operating support fund drives
• Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex or national origin
• Political or partisan organizations or candidates
• Organizations established to influence legislation or specific elections or individuals
• Individuals

Should Allegiant grant your organization's request for a donation, the organization must provide a donation receipt before vouchers will be delivered.

Allegiant may contact your organization for a PDF document of your IRS Determination Letter or your IRS 990 Form if in the USA. If in Canada, a PDF of the proper documentation from the Canada Revenue Agency.
