Belleview Biltmore Golf & Spa Resort

Overview

Built in 1896 by the railroad Barron Henry Plant, the resort sits in a private waterside enclave in the Bellair community of Clearwater, FL. This is a full-service resort that includes the Belleview Biltmore Golf Club - an 18 hole PGA Donald Ross designed course, the Belleview Biltmore Tennis Club, the Belleview Biltmore Spa and the Belleview Biltmore Beach Club on Sand Key. Historical tours are held daily and open to the public. The original hotel is a historic property and one of the last of the great American Victorian "Grand Dame" hotels.

Cabana Bar & Grille

The club's Cabana Bar & Grill is the only restaurant in Clearwater Beach that sits directly on the beach, offering unimpaired dramatic sunset panoramas.

Accommodations

Due to the historic structure and life-styles of the 1800's, the rooms at the Belleview Biltmore are all unique in some manner. Below is a listing of the room types available and the amenities of each style. While many of the rooms are very similar in size and layout, the unique Victorian architecture also means that some rooms may have differences in style. Some rooms have mini-hallways from entry to parlor area, some may have two closets. Every room is a unique Victorian room adding to a stay that is truely a home away from home.

Victorian Petite
This room is a smaller size room with one queen bed, private bath, closet, phone, TV, ceiling fan, some with desk and chair, A/C, and Internet access.

Standard Victorian
Standard room is an oversized room with either two queen beds, or one king bed, private bath, closet, ceiling fan, phone, TV, desk and chair, "reading chair", A/C, and Internet access.

Sun Parlor Suite
Each suite offers large "bowed" parlor area with large windows, high ceilings, sofa and chairs, phone, coffee table, work desk and chair and TV. Wide French doors open to an oversized bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, bathroom, phone, ceiling fan, and TV.
