Biscayne Steak, Sea & Wine
Tropicana Las Vegas' newest restaurant reinterprets the classic steakhouse with an innovative island flair. At Biscayne Steak Sea and Wine, one will find premium cuts of steak and top-grade fresh fish, prepared and presented with a fresh South Beach twist. Featuring a wide variety of delicious starters, including Kobe beef sliders, lamb eggplant tacos and conch fritters with an avocado Ambhar aioli. Main courses include prime steaks, chops and a selection of Safe Harbor-certified fresh seafood dishes. In addition to the land and sea offerings, Biscayne presents a wine list of more than 200 unique selections, these can be ordered by the glass or bottle. Biscayne also offers a weekly four-course tasting menu paired with wine. The relaxed feel of casual elegance adds to the tropical South Beach Style. The seafaring decor and classic white linens makes this restaurant ideal for everyday dining to special occasions.
Bacio by Carla Pellegrino
Bacio by Carla Pellegrino offers a wide variety of fine Italian cuisine at affordable prices. Guests can create their own pizza or calzone; choose a hearty pasta dish such as Lobster Bucatini, slow-cooked beef Rigatoni or classic Spaghetti with meatballs; or for a lighter fare, enjoy one of Bacio's many soups, salads or starters. Compliment any entree selection with one of Bacio's more than 30 varieties of vino. The intimate Italian bistro setting features a stylish decor accented by large murals, wall-mounted wine racks, custom tables and more. Bacio by Carla Pellegrino is located on Palm Way walkway that connects the casino to the conference center.
South Beach Market Place
South Beach Marketplace is a new, grab-and-go food and drink court serving as a casual counterpart to its existing variety of spectacular restaurants. Located right off the casino floor, South Beach Marketplace offers an array of quick-food choices, seating for up to 90 people, and round-the-clock hours of operation. It was developed under the direction of Tropicana Executive Chef George Bargisen, who joined the Tropicana Team in August 2009.
