If there were a guide-star for good food you'd find the Compass Rose when you looked down from it serving buffet and a la carte breakfast daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The bountiful, southern buffet breakfast is comprised of all natural ingredients and is prepared with exquisite attention to detail. The breakfast at Compass Rose is worth experiencing even if you don't stay with us (but why would you want to limit yourself like that?)
