Located inside Masa's famed sushi restaurant, barMASA, the exclusive venue features six VIP and two communal teppan grill tables with seating for 10 and five, respectively. Highly skilled chefs oversee the evening's culinary entertainment - prepping, cooking and plating orders specific to each guest's request.

Sage offers American cuisine with a Mediterranean kick, designed by acclaimed chef Shawn McClain. McClain emphasizes sustainable agriculture and farm-to-table freshness at this unique restaurant. Try the grilled sweet onion and truffle soup or the Snake River Farms New York strip. Open Monday through Saturday at 5 p.m.

Julian Serrano, the chef's namesake restaurant, was the winner of the 2010 Esquire "Best New Restaurants" Award. Chef Serrano brings his native Spanish flair to a small plates menu featuring tapas, paella, and seafood along with an extensive vegetarian menu. Open for lunch and dinner.

Jean Georges Steakhouse serves steaks, seafood, and other favorites in a contemporary setting. Open daily for dinner.

Sirio Ristorante offers up a night in Tuscany, with rustic Italian specialties served amid the Fellini-inspired décor. Pastas are always a favorite, as are the hand-picked Italian wines. Sirio serves dinner nightly starting at 5 p.m., with various early to late-night menus.

American Fish introduces diners to famed chef Michael Mina. Mina has brought a taste of the American Great Lakes to Las Vegas with his inventive fish and shellfish menu showcasing four distinct cooking methods: salt-baking, wood-grilling, cast-iron griddling, and ocean-water poaching. Swim in for a taste, open at 5 p.m. Closed on Mondays.

Union Restaurant & Lounge's exquisite architecture of Union is matched only by the contemporary American fare served within its arched walls.
