Please note that ROQ will be closed June 11th through September 2012 as we re-imagine the space into a completely new dining concept. The Kasbah Pool will also be closed June 11th through July 3rd. Food and beverage service will resume once the pool re-opens in July. Guests are invited to utilize the Oasis Pool during the improvements where complete food and beverage will be available.

Award-winning Prado Restaurant, Montelucia Resort & Spa's signature restaurant, located in the heart of the resort, is filled with character and relaxed elegance. Featuring Italian-inspired offerings, Prado features a rustic and authentic cooking method where the freshest seafood, meats, and produce are cooked on a grill over a wood-burning fire. Led by Chef Claudio Urciuoli, an active member of the Slow Food Movement, Prado is committed to using the freshest locally-grown and seasonal ingredients, dressed simply to allow the quality to shine through. Tequila, tapas and temptation. Named "M" for Montelucia, Mbar at Prado features Spanish-inspired tapas, a killer "M" burger and a well-rounded and comprehensive selection of 100% agave tequilas. Positioned at the front entrance of Prado and with an oversized bar, along with a low-lying Moroccan-design-inspired lounge and courtyard outdoor seating, the high-energy bar is destined to be a local hub of activity and buzz.

ROQ
ROQ offers an elegant menu of American classics updated with a modern twist. Located pool-side at Montelucia Resort & Spa, the restaurant is adorned with impressive water and fire accents adding a sophisticated, stylish flair. Diners will enjoy dramatic sunsets and the ever-changing hues of glowing Camelback Mountain while sipping on handcrafted "ROQtails" and dining on elegant yet simplistic cuisine that focuses on the freshest produce, meats, seafood and more plus a sumptuous selection of fries from around the world . Live entertainment fills the balmy desert air every Friday and Saturday night.

Crave Café
Designed with local residents in mind, Crave will cater to the cravings of guests of all ages by serving a wide array of unique coffee drinks from Italy, along with espresso, home-made gelato, and the finest chocolates from around the world.

From richly-hued fabrics to dark woods and light stones throughout, the 293 guest rooms and suites are an idyllic mix of modern comforts and authentic hand-crafted architectural and design details.
