Terms and Conditions The Allegiant Low-Price Pledge is available to travelers who book with Allegiant online, by phone or at an airport ticket counter on or after Sept. 21, 2010, and until this program may be terminated. The pledge only applies to air and hotel vacation packages; not standalone air travel or standalone hotel accommodations. To qualify for the credit, the lower package rate must be found online and be an identical booking: carrier travel class and hotel (including room type), dates and times of travel, origin city and destination city. Destination city is defined as the location where the hotel booking is, and Allegiant will recognize cheaper packages to any airport within the destination city. Allegiant flights cannot be part of the cheaper vacation packages. All fees are excluded from package price comparison. The qualifying lower rate must be available at the time Allegiant is contacted. Screen shots will not be accepted as proof of a cheaper rate. Lower rates must be available to the general public, and not include corporate discounts, group rates, charter rates, rewards program rates, incentives, meeting or convention rates, interline prices or rates available only with a coupon. Customers have seven days after booking or 72 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner, to find a lower rate, and the rate is subject to verification by an Allegiant customer service representative. If the rate qualifies, a credit will be issued to the customer for the difference in the base package prices, excluding taxes and fees. The credit will be issued within seven working days, and will be valid for application to future bookings with Allegiant. Allegiant’s decisions are final. The Low-Price Pledge does not apply to rates on websites where booking details are unknown until after purchase or where prices are determined by auction or bidding. The pledge is also not valid on bookings made by a professional travel agent. Allegiant reserves the right to modify or cancel the Low-Price Pledge promotion at any time. |
