ORLANDO A GO-GO!

ALLEGIANT AIR ANNOUNCES NEW, NONSTOP AIR SERVICE TO ORLANDO: DULUTH TO ORLANDO FOR JUST $89.99*ONE-WAY

DULUTH, Minn. – Low-cost airline Allegiant Air, LLC today announces new, nonstop jet service to the fun and sun of Orlando, Fla. from Duluth, Minn. beginning Nov. 20, 2009. The low-fare carrier will celebrate the convenient new service to the Sunshine State, with introductory fares as low as $89.99* each way, when purchased at an Allegiant Air airport ticket counter.

"We are extremely pleased to expand the Allegiant brand of low-fare, nonstop jet service in Northeast Minnesota," Maurice J. Gallagher, Allegiant Air president & CEO, said. "This is an exciting new addition for our airline and our customers as we launch the only nonstop, air service between Duluth and Orlando."

The self-proclaimed "Official Airline for Sunshine" will launch the new scheduled service from Duluth International Airport to Orlando Sanford International Airport with two flights weekly on Monday and Friday. Service will begin Nov. 20 with flights departing Duluth at 11:15 a.m. arriving in Orlando at 3:45 p.m. Flights leaving Orlando will depart at 8 a.m. arriving in Duluth at 10:35 a.m. (all flight times are local.) Allegiant began nonstop flights to Las Vegas Jan. 11, 2006.

The airline commented market research and input from local community leaders indicate Northeast Minnesota will welcome the new nonstop flights and low fares to Orlando as an alternative to connecting flights and long drives to other airports. Allegiant will utilize 150-seat, MD-80 series, jet-aircraft on the route.

"We're thrilled Allegiant Air has added Orlando as one of its destinations for nonstop service from Duluth," Brian Ryks, Duluth Airport Authority Executive Director, said. "Since Orlando is one of the Duluth Airport's top five travel destinations, we're glad Allegiant is offering a low-cost, convenient option to get our region's travelers to where they want to go."

Located midway between Orlando's world-class attractions and the world's most famous beach - Daytona Beach, Orlando Sanford International Airport offers visitors the "best of both worlds." Both destinations are only minutes away, ideally situated for those hoping to take a break from the cold at the beach or to experience the fun of Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the rest of the excitement Florida has to offer.

Allegiant offers low-cost packages with 58 of Orlando and Daytona Beach's most exciting hotel properties. Air/hotel packages are available for as low as $254.98**. (Price is per person, based on a three-night hotel stay at the Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista, double occupancy and reflects a Friday arrival/Sunday departure. Travel must be complete by Dec. 20, 2009) The company also provides low-cost car rental service through its partnership with Alamo Rent a Car.

Allegiant's $89.99* one-way introductory fare is limited, must be purchased by Sept. 30, 2009 and is valid for travel through Feb. 10, 2010. Introductory fares are not available on all flights. After the introductory fare period, regular one-way fares on the route start as low as $99.99 one-way.
