ALLEGIANT AIR GETS THE RED EYE OUT OF LANSING, MI

Las Vegas, Nev. (Jan. 12, 2005) – In response to the demands of the Lansing, Mich. market, the low-cost, low-fare carrier Allegiant Air, LLC, today announced that it will revise its flight schedule to Las Vegas beginning March 30. The new service will eliminate the “red-eye” flight from Lansing to Vegas with a new more convenient schedule.

“We are extremely pleased to offer the Allegiant brand of low-fare, nonstop, all-jet service to Lansing with more convenience,” Maurice J. Gallagher, Allegiant Air president & CEO, said. “We listened to what consumers in the Lansing community were asking for and we are happy to accommodate them. We are confident that this new schedule will have great appeal.”

The new schedule will depart Lansing Capital City Airport at 10:35 p.m. and will arrive in Las Vegas at 11:40 p.m. Returning from Las Vegas, the flight departs Vegas at 3:10 p.m. and arrives in Lansing at 9:55 p.m. Service is available Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday. The prior schedule was a red-eye flight that left Las Vegas at 12:15 a.m. and arrived in Lansing at 7:00 a.m. Allegiant began nonstop service from Lansing July 10, 2003.

“This new schedule will provide a better quality product and better access to Las Vegas for Michigan travelers,” Robert F. Selig A.A.E., Executive Director of Capital Region Airport Authority, said. “Customers have expressed a desire for a schedule without a red-eye flight and we are pleased that Allegiant is responding to this request.”

Customers who have reservations for travel after March 30, 2005 will be notified of the change by Allegiant Air. Reservations can be made on the airline’s website at www.allegiantair.com, through the airline’s Reservations and Information Center at 800-432-3810 or through professional travel agents.

Allegiant Air also features complete air and hotel vacation packages through the company’s vacation division, Allegiant Vacations. Packages are available with 25 of Las Vegas’ most exciting hotel properties, including the Bellagio, Venetian, Paris, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Monte Carlo, Mirage, Golden Nugget, Excalibur, Tropicana, Bally’s, Flamingo, Four Queens, Riviera, Frontier, Luxor, Circus Circus, Imperial Palace, Hotel San Remo, Gold Coast, Boardwalk, Westin Casuarina, Stardust, Orleans and Plaza.

In addition, the low-cost airline recently expanded its leg room and upgraded its seating. In a $2 million move contrary to current airline industry trends, the company removed three rows of seating from each aircraft in its scheduled fleet, providing its customers an average of three additional inches in leg room comfort, without impacting the airline’s popular everyday low fares.
