ALLEGIANT AIR ANNOUNCES NEW, NONSTOP AIR SERVICE BETWEEN SPRINGFIELD, MO. AND LAS VEGAS: ALLEGIANT CELEBRATES NEW SERVICE WITH INTRODUCTORY $49 FARE

(Springfield, Mo. Feb. 17, 2005) — What happens in Vegas, may stay in Vegas, but it will soon start in Springfield, Mo. as Allegiant Air, LLC, today announced new nonstop jet service to Las Vegas. The Las Vegas-based, low-fare airline today announced that the company will inaugurate scheduled service from the Springfield-Branson Regional Airport to McCarran International Airport (Las Vegas) beginning April 21, 2005. To kick off the new service, Allegiant is offering introductory fares as low as $49* one-way on flights from Springfield to Las Vegas.

“We are extremely pleased to extend the Allegiant brand of low-fare, nonstop jet service to the people of the Springfield community,” Maurice J. Gallagher, Allegiant Air president & CEO, said. “This is an exciting new addition for our airline and our customers as we launch the only scheduled nonstop service between the Queen City and Las Vegas.”

The new flights will operate twice weekly, with service Thursday and Sunday. Beginning April 21, flights will depart Springfield at 8:35 p.m. arriving in Las Vegas at 9:40 p.m. Flights leaving Las Vegas will depart at 3:10 p.m. arriving in Springfield at 7:55 p.m. (all flight times are local).

“This is an exciting development for our community and our airport,” William Kirkman, chairman of the Airport Board, remarked. “Allegiant service to Las Vegas marks a first for Springfield with non-stop service to one of our most popular leisure destinations. I’m confident it will be a great success and we welcome Allegiant to the community.”

The carrier will utilize a full-size, 150-seat MD-80 jet aircraft on the route. The airline said that its market research and input from local community leaders indicate that the Springfield area will welcome the new nonstop flights and low fares to Las Vegas as an alternative to connecting flights or long drives to other airports.

Allegiant also offers complete air and hotel vacation packages to Las Vegas starting at $216* per person for four-nights, round-trip (based on double-occupancy and Sunday through Thursday travel), through its Allegiant Vacations program. Allegiant Vacations offers low-cost packages with 25 of Las Vegas’ most exciting hotel properties, including the Bellagio, Venetian, Paris, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Monte Carlo, Mirage, Golden Nugget, Excalibur, Tropicana, Bally’s, Flamingo, Four Queens, Riviera, Frontier, Luxor, Circus Circus, Imperial Palace, Hotel San Remo, Gold Coast, Boardwalk, Westin Casuarina, Stardust, Orleans and Plaza.

Allegiant’s $49* one-way introductory fare must be purchased by March 18, 2005 and is valid for travel through May 25, 2005. The return fare is regular price. After the introductory fare period, regular one-way fares on the route will start at $99 one-way.

*All fares are based on round-trip travel and are non-refundable. Return fare is regular price. No advance purchase is required. Fares do not include PFC, segment tax or September 11 security fee of up to $10.20 per segment. Travel purchased at an Allegiant Air ticket counter or through Allegiant Air call centers will cost an additional $4.00 per segment. A segment is defined as one take-off and one landing. Any change in itinerary will result in a $25 per passenger, per segment, service fee plus any applicable fare difference. Seats are limited and fares may not be available on all flights. Fare rules, routes and schedules are subject to change without notice. Restrictions apply. Reservations can be made on the airline’s website at www.allegiantair.com, through the airline’s Reservations and Information Center at 800-432-3810 or through professional travel agents.
