SOUTH BEND DOUBLES DOWN ON LAS VEGAS AS ALLEGIANT AIR INCREASES FLIGHTS
WITH INTRODUCTORY $69* FARE

(Las Vegas, Nev.)– In response to the strong demands of the South Bend, Ind. market, low-cost Allegiant Air, LLC, today announced that it will double the number of nonstop flights to Las Vegas. To kick off the new four-day-a-week service, Allegiant will offer a limited time $69* one-way fare.

“South Bend’s response to our brand of low-fare, nonstop, all-jet service has exceeded our expectations Maurice J. Gallagher, Allegiant Air president & CEO, said. “We are pleased to announce the addition of two more weekly flights that will help twice as many customers in the Michiana community get to the fun and excitement of Las Vegas. We are confident that this new schedule will have great appeal.”

The expanded service will begin Nov. 10 and will offer nonstop service to Las Vegas Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday. Service from South Bend began Aug. 5 with flights Monday and Friday. New flights depart South Bend Regional Airport at 2:40 p.m. arriving in Las Vegas at 3:40 p.m. Flights leaving Las Vegas will depart at 7:20 a.m. arriving in South Bend at 2:00 p.m. (all flight times are local). Allegiant also recently announced new nonstop service to Orlando scheduled to begin Nov. 16.

"This is terrific news,” John Schalliol, South Bend Regional Airport director, said. “It really shows the strength of the South Bend market. We are delighted to have Allegiant expanding their services here and look forward to a long term relationship with this airline and potentially developing routes to other cities as well."

Allegiant’s $69* one-way introductory fare must be purchased by Sept. 10, 2005, and is valid for travel through January 31, 2006. To take advantage of this expanded service, reservations can be made on the airline’s website at www.allegiantair.com, through the airline’s Reservations and Information Center at 800-432-3810 or through professional travel agents.

*All fares are one-way and are non-refundable. A ten day advance purchase is required. Fares do not include PFC, segment tax or September 11 security fee of up to $10.20 per segment. Travel purchased at an Allegiant Air ticket counter or through Allegiant Air call centers will cost an additional $5.00 per segment. Seats are limited and fares may not be available on all flights. Fare rules, routes and schedules are subject to change without notice. Blackout days include Nov. 23, 24, 27 and 28, 2005 and Dec. 22, 2005 through January 4, 2006.

The carrier will utilize a full-size, 150-seat MD-80 jet aircraft on the route. The airline said that its market research and input from local community leaders indicate that the South Bend area will welcome the new additional nonstop flights and low fares to Las Vegas as an alternative to connecting flights or long drives to other airports.
