VIVA LAS VEGA$ & ORLANDO A GO-GO! ALLEGIANT AIR ANNOUNCES NEW, NONSTOP AIR SERVICE FROM TOLEDO, OHIO TO LAS VEGAS AND ORLANDO:
AIRLINE CELEBRATES WITH $49* ORLANDO AND $69* VEGAS FARES

(Toledo, Ohio) — Toledo, get ready for sunshine. Allegiant Air, LLC, today announces new and nonstop jet-service to both Las Vegas, Nev. and Orlando, Fla. beginning Dec, 15, 2005. To kick off the new service, the Las Vegas-based, low-fare airline is offering limited introductory fares as low as $69* one-way to Vegas and $49* one-way to Orlando, when booked at www.allegiantair.com.

“We are extremely pleased to extend the Allegiant brand of low-fare, nonstop jet service to the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan community,” Maurice J. Gallagher, Allegiant Air president & CEO, said. “This is an exciting new addition for our airline and our customers as we launch the only scheduled nonstop service from Toledo to both Orlando and Las Vegas.”

The new flights will operate four times weekly. The Las Vegas service will depart Toledo Express Airport Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and arrive at McCarran International Airport (Las Vegas) at 8:45 p.m. Flights leaving Las Vegas will depart Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 11:25 p.m. arriving in Toledo at 6:15 a.m. For the Orlando service, flights will depart Toledo Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 7:00 a.m. and arrive at Orlando Sanford International Airport at 9:25 a.m. For the return, flights will depart Orlando at 4:20 p.m. arrive in Toledo at 6:50 p.m. (all flight times are local).

The self-proclaimed “Official Airline for Sunshine” will launch the new scheduled service with complete vacation packages in both Las Vegas and Orlando, including air, hotel stay and car rental.. For example, complete air and hotel vacation packages in Las Vegas are available for as low as $189 per person for three-nights, round-trip (based on double-occupancy and stay at the Plaza Hotel & Casino with a Monday departure and Thursday return by Feb. 15, 2006.) Orlando packages start as low as $165** for three night hotel stay at the Rodeway Inn-Maingate. (Package price is per person, based on double occupancy, reflects a Monday or Thursday departure and Thursday or Sunday return by Feb. 9, 2006 and may not be available on every flight.) Theme park tickets are also available in Orlando.

Through its Allegiant Vacations division, Allegiant offers low-cost packages with 30 of Las Vegas’ most exciting hotel properties, including the Wynn, Bellagio, Venetian, Paris, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Caesars, Monte Carlo, Mirage, Golden Nugget, Excalibur, Tropicana, Bally’s, Flamingo, Four Queens, Riviera, Frontier, Luxor, Circus Circus, Imperial Palace, Hotel San Remo, Gold Coast, Boardwalk, Westin Casuarina, Aladdin, Stardust, Orleans and Plaza. In Orlando, the company will offer low-cost packages with 18 of Orlando’s most exciting hotel properties and three in Daytona Beach. Partner properties include The Swan, The Dolphin, The Hilton in Lake Buena Vista and the Radisson Parkway. Low-cost packages are available to include hotel, car and amusement park tickets for additional savings.

Located midway between Orlando’s world-class attractions and the world’s most famous beach - Daytona Beach, Orlando Sanford International Airport offers visitors the “best of both worlds.” Both destinations are only minutes away, ideally situated for those hoping to take a break from the cold at the beach or to experience the fun of Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the rest of the excitement Florida has to offer.

The carrier will utilize a full-size, 150-seat MD-80 jet aircraft on the route. The airline said that its market research and input from local community leaders indicate that the Northwest Ohio area will welcome the new nonstop flights and low fares to both Las Vegas and Orlando as an alternative to connecting flights or long drives to other airports.

Allegiant’s $69* fare to Las Vegas and $49* fare to Orlando are one-way, introductory and very limited. Fares must be purchased by Oct. 22, 2005 and is valid for travel through March 31, 2006. Introductory fares are not available on all flights and not valid the following dates: Dec. 22-31, 2005 and Jan. 1-4, 2006 and Feb 16-20, 2006. The Las Vegas $69 fare will also not be available Feb. 2-6, 2006. After the introductory fare period, regular one-way fares on the Orlando route will range from $79-$199 one-way and on the Vegas route will range from $99-$209.

*All fares one-way and are non-refundable. Fares do not include PFC, segment tax or September 11 security fee of up to $10.20 per segment. Travel purchased at an Allegiant Air ticket counter or through Allegiant Air call centers will cost an additional $5.00 per segment. A segment is defined as one take-off and one landing.
