ALLEGIANT AIR ANNOUNCES NEW AIR SERVICE FROM PALM SPRINGS: NONSTOP FLIGHTS TO LAS VEGAS AND WASHINGTON
AIRLINE CELEBRATES WITH INTRODUCTORY $29* AND $49* FARES

(Palm Springs, Calif.) -Allegiant Air, LLC, today announces seasonal nonstop jet-service to Las Vegas, Nev. and Bellingham, Wash. beginning Jan. 17, 2007. To kick off the new seasonal service, the low-fare airline is offering limited introductory fares to Las Vegas as low as $29* one-way and to Bellingham as low as $49* one-way.

"We are extremely pleased to bring back the Allegiant brand of low-fare, nonstop jet service to the Palm Springs community," Maurice J. Gallagher, Allegiant Air president & CEO, said. "Seasonal flights to both destinations will offer Palm Springs area resident's a low-cost and convenient option when making travel plans."

The Las Vegas flights will operate twice weekly between Palm Springs International Airport and McCarran International Airport, with service Wednesday and Saturday. Through April 14, 2007, flights will depart Palm Springs at 3:25 p.m. arriving in Las Vegas at 4:15 p.m. Flights leaving Las Vegas will depart at 2:50 p.m. arriving in Palm Springs at 3:40 p.m. (all flight times are local).

The new Bellingham flights will operate twice weekly between Palm Springs International Airport and Bellingham International Airport, with service Wednesday and Saturday. Through April 15, 2007, flights will depart Palm Springs at 4:20 p.m. arriving in Bellingham at 7:10 p.m. Flights leaving Las Vegas will depart Bellingham at 11:55 a.m. arriving in Palm Springs at 2:45 p.m. (all flight times are local).

The carrier will utilize a full-size, 150-seat MD-80 jet aircraft on the route. The airline said that its market research and input from local community leaders indicate the Coachella Valley will welcome the new nonstop flights and low fares to Las Vegas and Bellingham as an alternative to connecting flights and long drives to and from the destination.

Allegiant's $29* and $49* one-way introductory fares are limited, not available on all flights and must be purchased by Nov. 4, 2006, for travel through March 7, 2007. After the introductory fare period, regular one-way fares to Las Vegas on the route start as low as $39 one-way and as low as $79 one-way to Bellingham.

About the offer: *All fares are limited, one-way and are non-refundable. Prices do not include PFC, segment tax or Sept. 11 security fee of up to $10.30 per segment. Travel purchased through an Allegiant Air call center will cost an additional $5.00 per segment. A segment is defined as one take-off and one landing. Fares are non- refundable.
