ALLEGIANT AIR EXPANDS FLIGHTS TO LAS VEGAS AND ORLANDO FROM FORT WAYNE

(Fort Wayne, Ind.) Low-cost airline Allegiant Air, announces the seasonal expansion of service to Las Vegas, Nev. and Orlando, Fla. by adding Wednesday flights during the summer months. The seasonal Wednesday flights to Las Vegas begin June 13 through Aug. 8. The seasonal Wednesday flights to Orlando begin June 13 through Aug. 1.

"The Fort Wayne community has shown a tremendous demand for our low-cost service," said Maurice J. Gallagher, the airline's president and CEO. "The expansion of an additional seasonal flight will help more customers get to the fun and excitement of Las Vegas and the sunny beaches of Orlando. We are confident this seasonal schedule will have great appeal."

The seasonal Las Vegas service departs Wednesday from Fort Wayne International Airport at 7:55 a.m. arriving in Las Vegas at 8:55 a.m. Flights leaving Las Vegas depart Tuesday at 11:40 p.m. arriving Wednesday in Fort Wayne at 6:15 a.m. (all flight times are local.)

The seasonal Orlando service departs Fort Wayne International Airport at 2:20 p.m. arriving at Orlando-Sanford International Airport at 4:45 p.m. Flights leaving Orlando depart at 11:20 a.m. arriving in Fort Wayne at 1:45 p.m. (all flight times are local.)

Allegiant Air inaugurated service from Fort Wayne International Airport to Orlando and the Tampa Bay area Feb. 16. The low-cost airline will inaugurate the first flight to Las Vegas March 2.
