VIVA LAS VEGAS! ALLEGIANT AIR ANNOUNCES NEW, NONSTOP AIR SERVICE BETWEEN HUNTSVILLE AND LAS VEGAS: AIRLINE CELEBRATES WITH INTRODUCTORY $89* FARE

(Huntsville, Ala.) - What happens in Vegas, may stay in Vegas, but it will soon start in Huntsville, Ala. as Allegiant Air today announces new nonstop jet-service to Las Vegas, Nev. beginning Sept. 21. To kick off the new service, the Las Vegas-based, low-fare airline is offering limited introductory fares as low as $89* one-way.

"We are extremely pleased to expand the Allegiant brand of low-fare, nonstop jet service within the Huntsville community and Tennessee Valley region," Maurice J. Gallagher, Allegiant Air president & CEO, said. "This is an exciting new addition for our airline and our customers as we launch the only full-size jet service between Huntsville and Las Vegas."

The new flights will operate twice weekly between Huntsville International Airport and McCarran International Airport (Las Vegas), with service Monday and Friday. Beginning Sept. 21, flights will depart Huntsville at 3 p.m. arriving in Las Vegas at 3:50 p.m. Flights leaving Las Vegas will depart at 7:50 a.m. arriving in Huntsville at 2:20 p.m. (all flight times are local).

"This is an exciting day for Huntsville International Airport and the Tennessee Valley region," said Jeff Sikes, Chairman, Board of Directors, Huntsville International Airport. "The addition of Allegiant Air and the nonstop service to Las Vegas fills a void in our community for low-fare service and expands our total nonstop destinations to 14. We look forward to growing our new partnership with Allegiant and adding more destinations." The carrier will utilize a full-size, 150-seat MD-80 jet aircraft on the route. The airline said its market research and input from local community leaders indicate the Huntsville community will welcome the new nonstop flights and low fares to Las Vegas as an alternative to connecting flights or long drives to other airports.

Through its Allegiant Vacations program, the company also offers complete air and hotel vacation packages to Las Vegas for as low as $274* per person for four-nights, roundtrip (based on double-occupancy, stay at the Plaza Hotel & Casino and a Monday arrival/Friday departure) Allegiant Vacations offers low-cost packages with more than 40 of Las Vegas' most exciting hotel properties, including Wynn, Bellagio, Venetian, Paris, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Caesars, Palms, Monte Carlo, Mirage, Excalibur, New York New York, Red Rock, Tropicana, Rio All-Suite, Bally's, Las Vegas Club, Flamingo, Riviera, Luxor, Terrible's, Circus Circus, Hooter's, Imperial Palace, Harrah's, Treasure Island, Gold Coast, Westin Casuarina, Golden Nugget, Planet Hollywood, South Point, Four Queens, Plaza and Orleans.

Allegiant's $89* one-way introductory fare is limited, must be purchased by Aug. 18, 2007 and is valid for travel through Feb. 10, 2008. Introductory fares are not available on all flights. After the introductory fare period, regular one-way fares on the route start as low as $99 one-way.

*Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. All fares one-way and are non-refundable. Fares do not include PFC, segment tax or September 11 security fee of up to $10.40 per segment. Travel purchased through Allegiant Air call centers will cost an additional $5.00 per segment. A checked baggage fee will apply per bag, per segment. A segment is defined as one take-off and one landing. Fare rules, routes and schedules are subject to change without notice. Restrictions apply.
