Promotion Requests

Allegiant is committed to the communities we serve and is pleased to work with various media partners in a cooperative effort to benefit both parties. We make a concerted effort to respond and participate in promotional requests. To be fair to all parties in considering these requests, the following guidelines must be followed when submitting a promotion proposal.

Guidelines for promotion requests:

  • Requests must be submitted in writing on company letterhead.
  • Proposal must include station name/broadcast company, station contact, address, phone, fax and station contact email address.
  • Please allow three weeks to process your request. Allegiant will respond to your request either way, via fax or email. Please do not call Allegiant regarding the status of your request.
  • Station ranker must be submitted with each proposal showing your stations rank in the top ten competing stations. Rankers should be based on Adult 25-54, current book and include station name, programming, total CUME and TSL. For those not subscribing to a ratings book, please indicate "not rated." Note: Promotional requests will not be chosen purely based on these rankings.
  • Proposal must include the following information:
    • A summary of the promotion and how it will be executed.
    • Dates promotional spots run.
    • End date when prize is awarded.
    • Number of spots and time slots they will run.
    • Any other features your station will i.e. provide-signage, web presence/link, logo on literature, etc.
    • Must include dollar value on each feature the station is offering, as well as a total promotion dollar value.
    • List of other vendors participating/contributing in the promotion (if any).
  • Requests should be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled promotion.
  • Vouchers will be issued based on a mutually agreed upon amount.
  • Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of promotional giveaway.
  • Flights are only good for originating cities and destinations listed on the vouchers.
  • Stations are responsible to inform Allegiant of winner(s) name(s) as soon as they are chosen.
    • Winner(s) name(s) must be accompanied with station name, promotion name, and originating airport.
  • Station/winners must comply with Allegiant's rules and restrictions for voucher redemption.
