TERMS AND CONDITIONS An Allegiant Air E-Ticket is valid for travel on Allegiant Air scheduled service only. All purchases of travel, hotel, auto, activities or services, baggage and seat fees, and related booking fees, carrier charges and taxes are non-refundable. This transaction is an instant purchase, and all terms and conditions apply immediately. Exception - If needed, you are able to cancel an entire itinerary without penalty through your “My Allegiant” account or by contacting Allegiant's Reservation Center within 24 hours of booking, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. No credit or refunds will be given for fare differences or fluctuations after a reservation has been made. However, you can make changes to your reservations online at www.allegiantair.com. AUTHORIZED RESELLER OR AGENT: The purchase and resale of any service or product offered by or through Allegiant Air, including but not limited to travel, hotel, auto, activities or services, packages, promotions, baggage and seat fees, and related booking fees, carrier charges and taxes by any individual, entity or company is strictly prohibited unless the individual, entity or company is an authorized agent of Allegiant Air. Air Only Bookings (with no Trip Flex Purchased) - The following rules apply: Name changes on bookings are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure. Once travel has begun, name changes are not permitted. All name changes will incur a $50 charge per name change. NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF TRAVEL. All purchases of travel, hotel, auto, activities or services, baggage and seat fees, and related booking fees, carrier charges and taxes are non-refundable. Exception - If needed, you are able to cancel an entire itinerary without penalty through your "My Allegiant" account or by contacting Allegiant’s Reservation Center within 24 hours of booking, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. If you choose to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to departure, a fee of $50 per segment, per person will apply. A segment consists of one takeoff and one landing. Credit is provided minus cancellation, carrier charges and booking fees. The credited funds will apply as a non-refundable credit voucher good for future travel on Allegiant Air. All travel involving funds from a given itinerary number must be completed no later than 365 days from the original booking date under that itinerary number. No credit or refunds will be given for fare differences or fluctuations after a reservation has been made. However, you can make changes to your reservations online at www.allegiantair.com. If you change your reservation (which you may do up to 24 hours prior to departure), a change fee of $50 per segment, per person plus any applicable fare increase will apply. No credit or refunds will be given for any fare differences or fluctuations after a reservation has been made. However, you can make changes to your reservations online at www.allegiantair.com. All date changes result in system credit less change fees and any changes in applicable fares. All travel involving funds from a given itinerary number must be completed no later than 365 days from the original booking date under that itinerary number. No changes or cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of scheduled departure. Allegiant Air does not overbook its flights; therefore, if you do not show up for your flight or if you do not cancel more than 24 hours before scheduled departure, your entire fare plus fees for that segment will be forfeited. Air Only Bookings (with Trip Flex purchased) - The following rules apply: Name changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure. Once travel has begun, name changes are not permitted. All name changes will incur a $50 charge per name change. Unlimited reservation changes (date, flight or destination) are permitted up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure with no change or cancel fees assessed. Customers are responsible for any change in price for air, hotel, auto attractions, etc. NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF TRAVEL. All purchases of travel, hotel, auto, activities or services, baggage and seat fees, and related booking fees, carrier charges and taxes are non-refundable. Exception - If needed, you are able to cancel an entire itinerary without penalty through your “My Allegiant” account or by contacting Allegiant’s Reservation Center within 24 hours of booking, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. Trip Flex may be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase, provided no changes have been made to the itinerary. A refund will be issued if Trip Flex is cancelled within 24 hours through Customer Care, or a credit voucher good for future travel on Allegiant Air will be issued if cancelled online. Exception - If needed, you are able to cancel an entire itinerary without penalty through your “My Allegiant” account or by contacting Allegiant’s Reservation Center within 24 hours of booking, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. If you cancel or change your reservation up to 15 days prior to scheduled departure, a change fee of $75 per segment, per person plus any applicable price increase. Credit is issued minus cancellation, carrier charges and booking fees. No credit or refunds will be given for any fare difference or fluctuations after a reservation has been made. However, you can make changes to your reservations online at www.allegiantair.com. All travel involving funds from this itinerary number must be completed no later than 365 calendar days from the original booking date. No changes or cancellations are accepted within 14 days of scheduled departure, Allegiant Air does not overbook its flights; therefore, if you do not show up for your flight or if you do not cancel more than 14 days before scheduled departure, your entire package (including airfare) plus fees for that segment will be forfeited. Standard Air and Hotel Package (with Trip Flex purchased) - the following rules apply: If hotel authorizes - Name changes on bookings are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure. Once travel has begun, name changes are not permitted. All name changes will incur a $50 charge per name change. If hotel authorizes - Unlimited reservation changes (date, flight, or destination) are permitted up to 72 hours prior to scheduled departure with no change or cancellation fees. Customers are responsible for any price increase. NO CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF TRAVEL FOR HOTEL PACKAGES. All purchases of travel, hotel, auto, activities or services, baggage and seat fees, and related booking fees, carrier charges and taxes are completely non-refundable. Exception - If needed, you are able to cancel an entire itinerary without penalty through your “My Allegiant” account or by contacting Allegiant’s Reservation Center within 24 hours of booking, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. Trip Flex may be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase, provided no changes have been made to the itinerary. Allegiant Air does not overbook its flights; therefore, if you do not show up for your flight or if you do not cancel more than 72 hours before scheduled departure, your entire package (including airfare) plus fees for that segment will be forfeited. Exceptions to the above policy may include special promotion bookings, sales and some holiday travel dates. Hotels - the following rules apply: Allegiant Air has made your hotel reservation for you under Allegiant's contract with the hotel. Any changes to your reservation must be made through Allegiant. Upon check-in at your hotel, you will be required to present a credit card for your incidental charges. Only your room and room tax have been paid for as part of your package price. All other charges are your responsibility. NOTE: There must be one person at least 21 years old staying in each room. Some hotels may charge a mandatory resort fee at the time of check-in that is solely the responsibility of the guest. The resort fee is not included in the package price collected by Allegiant and is charged solely by the hotels to offer guests added value during their stay. Examples of these fees include resort fees, spa fees, daily fees, energy surcharges, phone charges and/or gratuities. Most hotel check-in times are 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and most hotel check-out times are 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Auto Rentals - the following rules apply: When an auto rental is purchased as part of a Standard Air and Hotel Package or Air Only Booking on the same itinerary, all rules for the Air Only Booking or the Package Booking apply. In addition, the following rules apply to the auto rental portion of reservation: Car rental taxes, surcharges and fees are not part of your package price and will be collected by Alamo at time of auto rental pick up. These fees are common to all rental car companies and are based on car size and season. Fees may include Concession Recoupment Fee, Surcharge/Tire Battery Fee, License Recoupment Fee, state tax, and drop fee. If you choose to cancel or change your auto rental (e.g., changes to rental dates or auto type), any applicable rate increase will be collected at that time, as well as a flat change fee of $50 for customers who did not purchase Trip Flex. Exception - If needed, you are able to cancel an entire itinerary without penalty through your “My Allegiant” account or by contacting Allegiant’s Reservation Center within 24 hours of booking, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. Allegiant must be notified of changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance of your originally scheduled auto rental pick-up and will collect a $50 change fee from customers who did not purchase Trip Flex. Acceptance of change in rental is subject to vehicle availability. Customer is responsible for any increase in rental rate. No changes can be made within 24 hours of your originally scheduled auto rental pick-up date. After a rented vehicle is picked up, any changes (e.g., extending the rental dates) must be made through the rental car company directly. If you drop off your auto rental early, no credit or refund will be issued. If you do not show up for your scheduled auto rental pick-up or cancel within the 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time, your entire auto rental payment will be forfeited. Drivers must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the rental. Drivers age 21-24 may be charged an underage rental fee per day at time of rental pickup. All renters are required to have a clean driving record, a valid major credit card and a valid driver's license in the name of the renter at the time of rental. A passport is required for all non-U.S. citizens. Most rental car pick-up locations accept only credit cards and do not accept debit card or check cards (meaning any non-credit card bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo) or gift or prepaid cards, and the locations that do accept these forms of payment will require proof of round-trip travel such as an airline ticket or cruise confirmation. Activities or Services (with no Trip Flex purchased) - the following rules apply: Changes and cancellations of activities or services are permitted up to the applicable deadline stated above for hotels. A change or cancellation fee equal to the greater of 10% of the purchase price or $50.00 per activity or service will be assessed, except that: No credit is issued for Richard Petty Driving Experience or Blue Man Group Orlando cancellations. Customers are responsible for any increase in rate. If you fail to pick up your tickets all funds for that activity or service will be forfeited. September 11th Security Fee - A September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 applies per passenger enplanement (maximum charge per trip is $5.00 one-way, $10.00 round-trip).
For a complete list of Allegiant’s optional services and fees, click here. Airport Check-In: Please check-in at the ALLEGIANT AIR ticket counter or online at www.allegiant.com. Allegiant recommends arriving at the airport at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure. A valid government issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license, state identification card or passport is required upon check-in for any passenger age eighteen (18) or older. You must check in at the ticket counter or online at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time; if you do not, your reservation for that flight is subject to cancellation without refund. Boarding will be closed out 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Passengers are subject to being reassigned to another seat if necessary to provide seating accommodation to one or more passengers with disabilities as required by the Air Carrier Access Act and federal regulations, in which case, passenger seat selection fees will be reimbursed. Airport Security: Aviation security is extremely important for your safety and that of your fellow travelers. As you prepare to depart on your trip, please keep security foremost in your mind. DO NOT accept any items from unknown persons to carry with you. Keep your luggage in your immediate control at all times. DO NOT allow anyone to tamper with your luggage. If your bags have been outside of your immediate control for any reason, or if anyone has given you something to carry on this flight, NOTIFY AN ALLEGIANT AIR REPRESENTATIVE for proper clearance of your belongings before your flight. Baggage: Baggage fees do not apply to qualifying personal items (e.g., one purse, briefcase or laptop computer), car seats/strollers, mobility aids and assistive devices. Passengers wishing to check luggage or bring a carry-on bag will be charged a per bag, per segment Baggage Fee. A segment consists of one takeoff and one landing. Baggage fees are non-refundable, unless the bag is lost or your itinerary qualifies for cancellation without penalty under an Exception stated above. The total number of checked bags allowed may not exceed 5 per passenger. Additional charges will be applied for any checked bags exceeding 40 lbs. weight and/or 80 inches in combined overall length + width + depth, as well as for excess baggage and sporting equipment. No bag weighing more than 100 lbs. will be accepted. The exterior dimensions include wheels, handles, pockets and decorations. In the cabin, each ticketed passenger is allowed one carry-on bag plus one personal item, such as a purse, briefcase or laptop computer. The carry-on bag exterior dimensions can measure up to 9" high, 14" wide and 22" deep. Allegiant Air charges a fee for the carry-on item but not for the personal item.The personal item exterior dimensions must not exceed 7" high, 15" wide and 16" deep and the item must be stored under the seat in front of you. The exterior dimensions include wheels, handles, pockets and decorations. Additional charges will be applied for oversized personal items, and oversized and/or excess carry-on bags. Overhead bin space may be limited. Carrier reserves the right to further restrict the size and number of carry-on items as necessary. As of September 27, 2006, customers are prohibited from taking liquids, gels, and/or aerosols through the security screening checkpoint into the boarding area EXCEPT one clear transparent re-sealable 1 quart (1 liter) plastic bag containing liquids, gels and/or aerosols in containers of 3.4 oz. (100ml) capacity or less per container. The contents of the plastic bag must fit comfortably and the plastic bag must be completely closed/sealed and subjected to x-ray inspection separate from the passenger's carry-on bag. Liquids (to include juice) or gels for diabetic or other medical needs, medications, and baby formula and baby food in containers, if a baby or small child is traveling, not contained in a clear transparent re-sealable 1 quart (1 liter) plastic bag or over 3 oz. (90ml) can be carried onboard but must be declared to the TSA at the screening checkpoint. Breast milk is in the same category as liquid medications. A mother flying without her child will be able to bring breast milk through the checkpoint, provided it is declared prior to screening. Federal law (49 U.S.C. 175) forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in your luggage or on your person. A violation can result in five years' imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radioactive materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals. There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in your luggage and certain smoking materials on your person.
