Booking with Allegiant:

For bookings made through an Allegiant call center, there is a booking fee of $14.99 per passenger, per segment. For those traveling customers with special needs (SSR’s) or paying with vouchers, the booking fee will be waived. In addition to the booking fee, reservations made on the phone or online are charged a convenience fee of $10.00 per passenger, per segment.

For your convenience, Allegiant accepts Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Allegiant does not accept cash, checks, or money orders at our airport locations.

Unaccompanied Minors:

To ensure the well-being of children while meeting the service expectations of our customers, Allegiant does not accept reservations for unaccompanied minors or unescorted children under the age of fourteen (14) years.

Children thirteen (13) years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult fourteen (14) years or older. Children between the ages of fourteen (14) and seventeen (17) years old can be booked online with no additional fees. We do not offer special supervision for any passenger.

When a weather advisory is issued for either the departure or arrival city, or there is potential for a flight to be diverted en route, we recommend minors do not travel and we will rebook them at no fee. Anyone under the age of 18 traveling alone will not be permitted to travel on the affected flight. See FAQ's for more information.

Commissions:

Allegiant does not pay commission for air only bookings, air/car packages, select promotions, seat selections, transfers, baggage fees and attractions.

Commission is paid once a month for bookings that completed travel the previous month. For example, if travel is completed in February, the commission will be paid in March. Agencies typically receive their commission checks by the 15th of each month. Commission on selected air/hotel packages is 10 percent from the package price prior to taxes and fees. To calculate your commission, please look at the "Package Price" on the confirmation page, and your commission will be 10 percent of this price.

Allegiant Industry Travel Program:

As a thank-you for booking with us, Allegiant offers an industry Travel Agent rate of $35 per person, plus taxes and fees. This rate is good for the travel agent holding an IATAN card and one guest. The agency must be registered with Allegiant and the agency must be in good standing. To book travel at this rate, please contact a Travel Expert at 702.403.1269 no earlier than five days prior to your requested outbound travel date. When making the reservation, inform the Travel Expert that you would like to book at the travel industry rate. If the rate is available, you will be able to book a confirmed seat. This rate is inventory controlled and does not have last seat availability. We may not always be able to accommodate you on our most popular travel dates, but will do our best to work with your requests.
