BASIC FUNCTION: Customer Service agents are responsible provide friendly service to the Customers by selling airline tickets, issuing boarding passes, checking baggage, and providing general flight information in airport locations. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
REPORTS TO: Station Supervisor INTERACTIONS: Allegiant Air Employees, vendors, airport personnel and customers REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent Experience: Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience or the equivalent in related training and/or experience Knowledge: Possess basic computer skills with the ability to type 25 wpm Position from which an employee could be promoted into this position: Station Supervisor Working conditions: Standard airport operations environment Physical demands: Must be able to carry a 70 lb suitcase from the floor to 18 inches and carry a 70 lb suitcase in front of you with both hands for a distance up to 25 ft. |
