Please note: All Allegiant tickets purchased for travel starting October 30, 2013 cannot be changed or cancelled within 7 days of your trip unless you have purchased Trip Flex™.
All purchases of travel, hotel, auto rental, activities or services, baggage and seat fees, and related booking fees, carrier charges and taxes are non-refundable. If you do not show up for your flight or fail to cancel within the specified cancellation window prior to scheduled departure, no amounts paid for that segment will be refunded.
Purchasing TripFlexTM at the time of booking gives you the flexibility to change and cancel your reservation without fees (see below for details).
No credit or refunds will be given for no shows, cancellations made past cut-off times (see below), or for fare differences after a reservation has been made.
Otherwise, credit is provided minus carrier charges, and cancellation and booking fees. The credited funds will apply as a non-refundable, non-transferable credit voucher good for future travel on Allegiant Air. All travel involving funds from a given itinerary number must be completed no later than 365 days from the original booking date under that itinerary number.
Exception: This travel itinerary may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as your scheduled flight departure date is at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking.
About This Policy
Unlike most airlines, we do not overbook our flights. When you purchase an airline ticket, you are committing to us that you will fly and we are committing to you that you will have a seat. Since we don’t overbook, this means if you cancel or change your reservation close to your departure date, there is no one waiting to buy your seat. We need a minimum of 7 days to try and sell your seat to someone else. Our nonrefundable policy allows us to keep our fares low for all our passengers.
Cancellation Fees and Cut-Off Times
Credit will not be issued if you fail to cancel an itinerary within the specified timeframe prior to scheduled flight departure. Your entire fare plus fees for that segment will be forfeited.
The following cancellation and change fees apply to itineraries which do not include TripFlexTM. All fees are per segment. A segment consists of one takeoff and one landing:

TripFlexTM may be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase, provided no changes have been made to the itinerary. A refund will be issued if TripFlexTM is cancelled within 24 hours through Customer Care, or a credit voucher good for future travel on Allegiant Air will be issued if cancelled online.
Exceptions to the above policy may include special promotion bookings, sales and some holiday travel dates.
Hotels - the following rules apply:
Allegiant Air has made your hotel reservation for you under Allegiant's contract with the hotel. Any changes to your reservation must be made through Allegiant. Upon check-in at your hotel, you will be required to present a credit card for your incidental charges. Only your room and room tax have been paid for as part of your package price. All other charges are your responsibility. NOTE: There must be one person at least 21 years old staying in each room. Some hotels may charge a mandatory resort fee at the time of check-in that is solely the responsibility of the guest. The resort fee is not included in the package price collected by Allegiant and is charged solely by the hotels to offer guests added value during their stay. Examples of these fees include resort fees, spa fees, parking, daily fees, energy surcharges, phone charges and/or gratuities. Most hotel check-in times are 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and most hotel check-out times are 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
Auto Rentals - the following rules apply:
Car rental taxes, surcharges and fees are not part of your package price and will be collected directly by the rental car agent at time of auto rental pick up. These fees are common to all rental car companies and are based on car size and season. Fees may include Concession Recoupment Fee, Surcharge/Tire Battery Fee, License Recoupment Fee, state tax, and drop fee.
Acceptance of change in rental is subject to vehicle availability. Customer is responsible for any increase in rental rate.
After a rented vehicle is picked up, any changes (e.g., extending the rental dates) must be made through the rental car company directly. If you drop off your auto rental early, no credit or refund will be issued. If you do not show up for your scheduled auto rental pick-up or cancel within the specified cancellation window prior to your scheduled pick-up time, your entire auto rental payment will be forfeited.
Drivers must be at least 21 years of age at the time of the rental. Drivers age 21-24 may be charged an underage rental fee per day at time of rental pickup.
All renters are required to have a clean driving record, a valid major credit card and a valid driver's license in the name of the renter at the time of rental. A passport is required for all non-U.S. citizens. Most rental car pick-up locations accept only credit cards and do not accept debit card or check cards (meaning any non-credit card bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo) or gift or prepaid cards, and the locations that do accept these forms of payment will require proof of round-trip travel such as an airline ticket or cruise confirmation.
