Eligible team members can choose from quality medical, dental and vision plans. Along with these options, we offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a match or a Flexible Savings Account (FSA), personal health assistant and an expert second opinion by a physician case manager. In addition to traditional medical benefits, we also provide a variety of additional benefits at no cost, including: long-term disability, life insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and more. Our Allegiant University team offers a variety of courses from how to prioritize your time and mastering Excel to personal branding and accountability. We also support your choice to grow with outside academic universities through our tuition reimbursement program.
