HEROES & LEGENDS
This enthralling attraction is opening November 11 inside the entrance to the visitor complex. Presented by Boeing, this attraction captures the drama, heroism and dedication of the U.S. journey into space through three distinct experiences: a stunning 360-degree visual presentation, a 4-D multi-sensory theater experience and interactive exhibits showcasing astronaut memorabilia in tandem with holograms and more. The U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, housed in a majestic rotunda featuring state-of-the-art interactive technology, is the culminating exhibit.
Calling the next generation of space explorers! The only gameplay experience in the galaxy featuring real NASA missions is waiting for you. Launch a rocket, redirect an asteroid, build a Martian colony and meet Robonaut, the first dexterous humanoid robot in space, with Cosmic Quest. Using a custom astronaut badge as an activation device, Cosmic Quest trainees work with Robonaut to complete adventures throughout the visitor complex. Visitors may purchase a one-day Cosmic Quest activation badge for $19.95 plus tax.
