Sorry, Burger King, you’ve been dethroned. The succulent patties at these Las Vegas restaurants easily put the Whopper to shame. All hail the real burger king—the city of Las Vegas!
ANTHONY’S GOURMET BURGERS & BREWS
Featuring a beer-centric menu of certified Angus beef burgers piled high with toppings like porter-poached hot pastrami (the Porter Burger) and stout-braised short ribs (the Imperial Burger), this grown-up burger bar inside M Resort Spa Casino cooks up some of the most flavorful burgers in town. Taste buds will relish such selections as the Red Ale “Cuban” Burger topped with pulled pork, shaved ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and red ale mustard sauce. While each burger is plenty filling by itself, for those who can’t get enough beef, start your meal with the Angus Sliders topped with crispy onions, aged cheddar and a sweet cola BBQ sauce. Visit Anthony’s Gourmet Burgers & Brews for more info.
This stylish poolside café located on the sixth floor of Palms Place boasts a menu of inventive burgers and sliders for guests to sample, like the luscious Land & Sea burger: Angus beef, crab dynamite, red onions, fennel, kale, breakfast radishes, Havarti cheese and tomato tartar sauce stacked high on a Hawaiian sweet bun. Diners can also build their own burger or sample a few different creations with the U-Pick Trio option, which lets guests choose three sliders from a menu of mouthwatering mini burgers such as the Bacon Bleu, topped with Applewood smoked bacon and blue cheese. Be sure to pair your burger with an order of the scrumptious sweet potato fries. Visit Café 6 for more info.
