We can’t promise you’ll see your favorite celebrities, but we can guarantee you’ll feel like you’ve walked your own red carpet once or twice after you’ve spent some time at these LA hot spots! Below are a few of our favorite things to do during a weekend away in LA.

Blu Jam Café

Crunchy French Toast. Do we need to say more? This delicious eatery won’t be hard to find. The long line will be the first sign you’ve arrived. But don’t worry, it’s worth the wait. Blu Jam Café is a fun eatery prides themselves on having no freezers, making everything fresh in-house. They also don’t use corn syrup or any artificial flavors so you can indulge and not feel bad about it! Win, win!

Griffith Observatory

Head up to Griffith Observatory where some of the most breathtaking views of the Los Angeles basin are free of charge! Sitting on Mount Hollywood, the observatory and park give guests a great photo-op, as well as an incredible planetarium and some fascinating exhibitions for a small additional fee. While there, you can grab some souvenirs at the gift shop and a small bite to eat at the little café. Don’t forget to snap a quick selfie in front of the beautiful view!

The Grove

The Grove in Los Angeles offers you the ultimate shopping experience in a unique environment unlike anywhere else! Top brands for clothing, accessories, beauty and more can all be found here. You’ll also be able to check out a few fun attractions like a ride on The Grove’s double decker trolley and the iconic dancing fountain, built by WET Design, the same company who built the fountains at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. You will most likely work up an appetite, so head next door to the Original Farmers Market, which featuring over 100 food stalls, sit-down eateries and produce vendors.

Hollywood Walk of Fame

Hollywood Walk of FamePosing with a sidewalk star along the Hollywood Walk of Fame is the perfect ending to a weekend in Tinseltown! Honoring the stars of motion pictures, television, radio, live theatre and recording since 1960, this famous stretch of sidewalk now spans nearly 1.5 miles down Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street. The stretch of sidewalk is home to over 2,500 stars, with an average of two stars added monthly. Head over to their website before you go so you can ensure the perfect photo op among your favorite celebrity’s star!

TCL Chinese Theatre

Nothing says Hollywood quite like the big screen, and the TCL Chinese Theatre is the most spectacular theater in motion picture history, originally opening back in 1927 for the premiere of “The King of Kings.” Here you can see a box office hit in the same cinema where many of your favorite celebrities have sat for their own movie premieres, or you can take a VIP Tour to learn all about this historic cinema palace!
