We found a neglected treasure — a mid-century desert modern former Westward Ho with a Denny’s — dusted it off, gave it some love and made it into Ace Hotel & Swim Club. Our 176-room hotel, spa and resort in Palm Springs, California is within biking distance of downtown and close to cool stuff like Joshua Tree, the Salton Sea, Salvation Mountain, all kinds of historic desert modern architecture and tons of great vintage shopping. King’s Highway
The roadside diner at Ace Hotel & Swim Club. Formerly a Denny's, King's Highway celebrates the ineffable, bohemian spirit of the wide open West. We're also the home of Fabulous Bingo on Monday nights, and the King's Highway coffee bar serves beans from our friends at Stumptown all day.
Our Amigo Room bar serves artisanal cocktails and a wide selection of craft beers in a cool, cavernous space. Our draft beer selection, with 21 taps, is entirely comprised of craft beer.
Stumptown is one of our oldest, best Northwest friends. Based in Portland, Oregon, they're committed to sourcing, roasting and brewing the best coffees available anywhere. They have close partnerships with farms and believe that working together year after year results in the highest level of quality.

The poolside patio is a place to relax before or after a dip in the deep pool, to catch some rays or have an open-air mixer with friends. You can order a fresh-squeezed cocktails and food from King's Highway and there's misters to keep you cool. And the pool is extra deep and stays nice and cool.
The Commune pool is a little quieter, and surrounded by a fire-pit and the Commune, a big event space where we hold parties, weddings, film screenings, family dinners and other activities. The walls of the Commune open up to the circular pool, an intimate amphitheater and views of the mountains.
The Swim Club Pool is a deep, cool, people-made sea where you can retreat from the desert sun or lounge around and sun or order some housemade Rx fresh-squeezed by our friendly mixologists. It's also the polestar of our weekend pool parties.
The Feel Good Spa at Ace Hotel is an organic, simple experience. Ingredients are pure and basic and come from nature, curated in partnership with Body Deli. This is a real place that engages the spiritual aspects of your well-being. The treatments are practical and indulgent, with an emphasis on the pleasurable enhancement of health. Come feel good.
