Disney's Contemporary Resort offers 1,008 guestrooms in three separate buildings: the 10-story main Tower and two adjacent three-story Garden Wings. Many rooms have private, furnished balconies. Some units also offer garden views. Room decor is futuristic, with colorful geometric designs. All guestrooms (including room patios and balconies) are nonsmoking.

Located on Bay Lake, the Resort has its own marina, where guests can rent sailboats and pontoon boats, or enjoy fishing excursions, parasailing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. There are also two outdoor pools on site—including one in the shape of Mickey’s ears—as well as spa tubs, a playground, and an arcade. Notice: Tennis courts are closed until further notice. During this time, guests have access to other Walt Disney World® Resort tennis courts.
