SWB, A Southwest Bistro
(Southwestern) Energized by the delicious aromas and activity coming from its open kitchen, this casual Southwestern bistro offers wood-fired specialties featuring fresh seasonal ingredients. Relax and enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch indoors or out, set against a backdrop of the majestic McDowell Mountains.

Alto ristorante e bar
(Eclectic Italian) Cross over the bridge and through a courtyard to find the vibrant, convivial setting of Alto ristorante e bar. This comfortable Italian restaurant offers fresh and flavorful dishes with an emphasis on "the season." Alto features its unique Formaggio & Salumi Cellar, a collection of Italy's best artisanal cheeses and meats. An extensive selection of wines from around the world, with an emphasis on Italy, is cradled on two wine walls. Dinner is served both indoors and alfresco nestled around terrace fire pits, creating a very inviting atmosphere. Your evening is complete with singing servers and a gondola ride along the resort's waterways.

Noh
A theater of Japanese cuisine awaits...featuring an Omakase style menu. Noh is a Japanese word meaning Talent. Noh is also a form of Japanese theater performed since the 14th century where dramatic masks are used by the actors. In Japanese, Omakase means It’s Up To You. So leave it up to our Noh chefs to create a personally tailored dining experience with authentic Japanese beverage pairings.
