Now she tempts your palate with her delectable menus that reflect her love for Latin, French and Asian flavors and are inspired by her Puerto Rican heritage.

Chef Varela's own dietary restrictions have also inspired her to include several gluten-free options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With the arrival of Varela and the unveiling of her new menus, RICE promises to keep taste buds in bliss.
