The brunch and dinner menus embrace Giada De Laurentiis’ Roman heritage, mirroring her passion for Italian cooking with vibrant, Californian influences. GIADA utilizes the freshest ingredients to create a new take on traditional Italian cuisine while staying true to classic favorites.
The Bar at The Vanderpump Hotel

Gigolo
Named in honor of Vanderpump’s beloved dog, Gigolo, also affectionately known as Giggy, the lounge carries deep personal meaning reflected throughout its design. Giggy holds a special place in Lisa Vanderpump’s heart, and at the center of Gigolo stands a playful sculptural tribute to him. Designed by Vanderpump Alain, Gigolo seats 50 guests reflecting Vanderpump Alain’s signature bespoke aesthetic, with deep red oversized chandelier shades, delicate crystal lighting, red roses and brass accents. The bar’s signature cocktail is the Hush Hush, a drink that requires the customer to spill a secret into a tiny envelope, which is locked into the Vanderpump Vault, to be kept or revealed… that is the question.
