Changes and cancellations can now be made directly by visiting Manage Travel. For cancellations, vouchers for the full amount of the current itinerary will be issued and emailed to the address on the original booking.

For reservations purchased with a hotel or car, our team will need to assist you. Please reach out to us with your itinerary information.

Be aware that airport ticket counter staff will not be able to make itinerary changes or cancellations.

The change/cancellation policy currently in place will be honored as long as your request is made before your flight departure time.
