After you walk through this lavish pawn shop inspired storefront, you’ll then find a stunning restaurant with your table in one of several jewelry box rooms. Beauty & Essex offers unique sharing plates and new twists on classic cocktails. The menu serves up gems like grilled cheese smoked bacon & tomato soup dumplings, chicken meatballs, 40-day dry-aged tomahawk ribeye and more.

Eggslut is inspired by a true love for eggs. The menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating food that appeals to both novice and extreme foodies through classic comfort fare with a twist, all-encompassing the key ingredient, eggs. No longer just a breakfast staple, Eggslut makes eggs appetizing all day, every day. When you dine with Eggslut, it is more than just a meal, it is an experience. The focus is on quality and taste, consistent presentation and great customer service.

Blue Ribbon Las Vegas is known as the nation’s go-to spot for serious gastronomes. Blue Ribbon’s dinner menu is heavily inspired by the original SoHo location, with long time favorites. New creations exclusive to the Las Vegas location include Pan Roasted Dover Sole with Artichokes and Capers, Bourbon-Glazed Prime Rib of Pork, and most notably, an array of offerings from the raw bar including the Plateau Cosmopolitan, a multi-tiered shellfish and caviar extravaganza over ice including oysters, clams, shrimp, lobster, and crab, served with either a bottle of Champagne or chilled vodka.

Zuma was created and co-founded by acclaimed Chef Rainer Becker. It takes inspiration from the popular Japanese izakaya, which embraces every element of the culture’s method of cooking under one roof. zuma’s menu features a variety of dishes from its three kitchens—the main kitchen includes dishes such as suzuki no sashimi, a seabass sashimi with yuzu, truffle and salmon roe, the sushi counter includes offerings like the dynamite spider roll, and the robata grill includes dishes such as the gyuhire sumibiya kikarami zuke, a spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili and sweet soy.

Momofuku was developed by Chef David Chang and Opening Executive Chef Michael Chen. The menu draws from global influences and features steamed buns, noodles, and meat and seafood meant for sharing. There will also be various plays on classics, from prime rib to their version of surf and turf –– fried chicken and caviar.

MILK Bar the highly acclaimed bakery founded by chef and owner, Christina Tosi, best known for her innovative creations, including cereal milk™ ice cream, compost cookies® and crack pie®, all of which have gained world-wide recognition since she opened Milk Bar’s doors in 2008.

China Poblano is where you'll experience chef José Andrés' inventive new twist on fusion cuisine: Chinese and Mexican.  Creative tacos and exquisite noodle dishes coexist and complement each other deliciously. Fresh guacamole is served with a dish of mi fen noodles with dried shrimp and black mushrooms. Are you hungry yet?

Jaleo impresses with creative tapas from chef José Andrés, who first made a name for Jaleo in Washington, D.C. Enjoy paella cooked over a wood fire, the melt-in-your-mouth pork known as jamón ibérico de bellota, and the most refreshing sangria this side of Barcelona.

Overlook Grill is lunch with a Vegas attitude. The Overlook Grill, open midday, is next to the Boulevard Pool, and offers indoor and outdoor dining. The menu offers Caesar salad, fish tacos, and other American lunch classics. Drinks include strong house-blend coffee as well as freshly made mimosas and bloody marys.

Scarpetta, bought to you by award-winning chef Scott Conant, boasts delicious upscale Italian fare that is second to none. Try his sophisticated twist on spaghetti with tomato and basil, succulent Sicilian-spiced duck breast, or sea scallops with porcini mushrooms and sunchokes.

STK, with successful sister restaurants in Miami and New York, features an elegant take on the traditional steakhouse. Feast on several different preparations of foie gras (including as an addition to the delicious wagyu burger), tiger prawns, or, for the appetite as big as all outdoors, the cowboy rib steak, weighing in at 32 ounces.

The Henry is the place to surprise and delight your palate. The signature short rib benedict is a delicious pile of braised short ribs, hollandaise sauce and, crispy potato cakes. The salmon is dressed in a tangy meyer lemon beurre blanc. The wedge salad is adorned with bleu cheese dressing and Maytag bleu cheese crumbles. These don't strike your fancy? Clique Bar & Lounge is an ultra hip and swanky cocktail lounge that opened just before the New Year. Clique reinvents the lounge experience with tableside mixology & seasonal cocktails featuring fresh juices & garnishes. Enjoy a variety of savory bites and sharable plates including high-end street tacos, an array of sliders and salads, and other mouthwatering dishes from award-winning chef Brian Massie. The Barbershop Cuts and Cocktails
At The Barbershop Cuts and Cocktails, throwback to an era in which one’s appearance was as strong as their opinions. Kick back in a barber’s chair for a classic cut, beard trim or straight razor shave, all under the helm of master barber Jose Sosa and his nationally renowned grooming team. With an eye for detail, Sosa and his talented barbers will provide expert cuts from a grooming menu that ranges from clean and classic to wild and rebellious.
