- Starting 24 hours prior to your original departure, you'll get a text message if departure or arrival time deviates by more than 30 minutes or if your flight is canceled. You will not receive an alert if your flight is on schedule.
- Remember, the estimated departure time on a delay notification is subject to change. Actual departure could move to an earlier time.
- While we make every effort to ensure you receive Flight Alerts, delivery is determined by your service provider and cannot be guaranteed.
- If you change your flight or your travel dates, be sure to delete the original Flight Alert and create a new one for your new flight date or flight number.
