Holiday Travel: What to Expect

Through the holiday season and beyond, Allegiant remains committed to delivering the reliable, convenient and comfortable service customers across our network have come to expect from us. We look forward to welcoming you on board and connecting you to the people, places, and experiences you value most.

To help make your trip as smooth as possible during this busy time of year, please take a moment to review the following reminders:

  • Be mindful of winter weather. Conditions can shift quickly, so keep an eye on regional forecasts and allow extra time for travel to and from the airport when needed.

  • Arrive early: Airports are typically busier during the holidays, so add extra time for parking, check-in, and security. Plan to arrive at least three hours before your scheduled departure.

  • Monitor your flight status: Visit allegiant.com or use the Allegiant mobile app to access the most up-to-date departure information for your flight.

  • Review baggage guidelines: Checking bag size and weight requirements in advance will make the check-in process smoother and faster.

  • Keep essential items in your personal item: Medications, chargers, important documents, and valuables should always remain with you rather than in checked luggage.

  • Practice extra patience. Remember that a bit of understanding goes a long way. Do your part to keep the travel experience positive for everyone.
