Passengers whose flights are scheduled to depart between now and the end of the partial government shutdown can change or cancel their itineraries at no additional cost, making it easier to plan trips with confidence.

For a limited time, we are offering:

  • No change fees for eligible bookings
  • The option to cancel and receive a refund

TSA Checkpoint Advisory

Throughout the partial government shutdown, passengers are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time for airport security screening.  Screening wait times with the Transportation Security Administration may vary depending on passenger volume and staffing levels. Check local airport websites or social media channels for TSA wait times.

To help ensure a smooth travel experience, please plan to arrive at the airport earlier than usual and allow additional time to complete the security screening process. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
