  • Please arrive two hours before departure.
  • At some airports, check-in closes 45 minutes before the flight, because on some flights the crew will also check you in at the gate and will need time to prepare the plane for departure.
  • At some airports, passengers board and exit the aircraft by an outdoor ramp or stairs rather than an enclosed jet bridge that is attached to the airport. At those airports, you may be outdoors for a brief period. Please check the forecast and dress for weather, if needed. You may bring a small umbrella in your personal item or carry-on bag.
