1. How do I create a new Allways Rewards® account?show details

You can create a new account here.

1a. If I have two accounts, can I merge them?show details

Yes, but you will need to call Customer Care at (702) 505-8888 in order to do so.

1b. How do I update my personal account information?show details

When logged in to your Allways Rewards® account, click on the tab labeled [My Profile]. Once there, you can click on [Edit my Profile] and make any changes. You can also make changes to your account by calling our Customer Care Center at (702) 505-8888.

1c. What do I do if I forget my password?show details

When attempting to log in to your account, there will be a button beneath the password section labeled [Forgot Password]. Click this button and it will take you through the steps to reset your password.

1d. How do I access my points and benefits?show details

Points and benefits can be accessed through logging in to your Allways Rewards® account.

1e. What are my points worth? What is the conversion rate?show details

1 point is worth $0.01. For example, if you have 100 points, you will be able to redeem them for a value of $1.

1g. Can I save my payment method in my Allways Rewards® account?show details

Yes, you can update your payment information at any time by logging into your account at Allegiantair.com. After signing in, click on [My Profile] and proceed to Payment Cards section. A maximum of 4 credit cards can be stored in your Profile. You can designate one of these credit cards as Primary and the system will use it to pre-populate your payment details before a purchase. At any point you can add, modify or delete saved credit cards in your Profile. If the name on the card has changed or the expiration date has passed, log in to your account, scroll down to the Payment Cards section and click the link to edit the card information.

1h. Can I use a different payment method even though I have saved my preferred credit card in my profile?show details

Yes. During any purchase on our site you can use either the stored payment card or any other card you may have.

1i. What should I do if I can’t access my Allways Rewards® account from the Allegiant mobile app?show details

Step 1: Log out of the Allegiant mobile app and then log back in.

To log out, open the mobile app and select “More” from the bottom menu. If you are logged into your account, you’ll see a “Logout” option.  Select “Logout” and then confirm it on the next screen to log out of your account.

• Note: If you do not see “Logout” as an option, then you are not logged into your account.

Now try to log into your account using “My Account.”

 

Step 2: If you are still unable to access your account or information, log out of your account again (or confirm you are not logged in) using the same process outlined in Step 1. Then delete the Allegiant mobile app and reinstall the latest version of the app through your app store. 

Once the app is reinstalled, log into your account using “My Account.”

 

Step 3: In the event you are still unable to log into your account after reinstalling the app, send an email to [email protected] detailing your situation. Be sure to include the make and model of the device you’re using and your device’s operating system (OS) version.

2. How can I see how many points I have earned?show details

You can see your available points by logging in to your Allways Rewards® account, and click on the [Points], or [Dashboard] section.

2a. How do I earn my points?show details

You can earn points by purchasing a flight or travel package on Allegiantair.com while being logged in to your Allways account. Allways members earn 1 point per qualified dollar spent on Allegiantair.com, and 2 points per qualified dollars spent on Allegiant itineraries with qualified spend equal to or above $500. Your Allegiant earned points will show up in your account 72 hours after the completion of your itinerary. Itinerary completion is defined by the final date of your travel which could be a return flight date or hotel check-out date, whichever is later.

2b. Can I earn points on tickets that I purchase for other passengers?show details

Yes. Any purchases made under your account for other passengers on Allegiant, will earn points towards your account. You will earn points on the full transaction.

2c. How many points do I earn per transaction?show details

As an Allways Rewards® member you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Allegiantair.com. Members also earn 2 points per $1 spent on Allegiant itineraries over $500.

2d. Can I purchase points as a gift for someone?show details

Unfortunately, points are not currently able to be bought as gifts.

2e. Can I merge the points in my account with another Allways Rewards® account holder?show details

No, Allways Rewards® points cannot be combined, accrued or transferred from multiple accounts.

2f. Do I earn points on taxes and fees?show details

No, you will not earn base loyalty points on taxes and fees, but you can use your points towards taxes and fees. You can, however, earn points on taxes and fees on purchases made with the Allways Rewards Visa® card.

2g. Do discounts based on a promotion code, or use of a voucher impact the number of points I earn?show details

Yes, you will only earn points on the portion of the purchase paid for out of pocket. You will not earn points on the amount of your itinerary that was paid for by a promotion code, points, or voucher.

3. When are my points credited to my account?show details

Allegiant earned points will be credited to your account 72 hours after the final leg of the itinerary has been completed. Points earned on purchases made with your Allways Rewards Visa® card will be deposited into your account after your monthly credit card statement closes.

3a. How do I know that I have received my points?show details

You can check your point status online 24/7 by logging in to your Allways Rewards® account and clicking on ‘Points’. Please allow 72 hours after your travel has completed and the day after your Allways Rewards Visa® card monthly credit card account statement has closed for points to be credited to your account.

3b. What happens if I cancel a purchase that I was expecting to earn points on?show details

The points you would have earned will be cancelled and will not post to your account.

3c. How long after my purchase are my points available for use?show details

Allegiant earned points will be deposited into your account 72 hours after the last leg of your itinerary has been completed. Points earned on your Allways Rewards Visa® card are eligible for redemption on the first day after your monthly credit card statement closes.

3d. What do I do if I have earned points that do not appear in my account after the waiting period?show details

You may call our Customer Care team at (702) 505-8888, which is open 24/7. They will be able to help you research any concerns and resolve them accordingly.

3e. Do my points ever expire?show details

Points expire after 24 months of inactivity. Activity is defined by making a booking while being logged in to your Allways account, or booking over the phone with your Allways ID Number and completing travel.

If you are an active Allways Rewards Visa® cardholder, your points will not expire as long as your card account is open. For more information on the Allways Rewards Visa® card, click here.

However, all accrued points in a member’s account will be forfeited if the member’s Allways account is closed for any reason.

3f. What is considered activity?show details

Activity is defined by making a booking while being logged in to your Allways account, or booking over the phone with your Allways ID Number.

3g. Is there any reason that I could lose points that I have earned?show details

Points will be lost if your Allways Rewards® account is inactive for 24 months (Allways Rewards Visa® cardholders are exempt from this rule as long as their card account remains open), or if your Allways Rewards® account is closed. In the case that you cancel an itinerary/transaction that was eligible for point earning, the points you would have earned will be cancelled and will not post to your account.

3h. How do I address point discrepancies?show details

You may call our Customer Care team at (702) 505-8888 with any point discrepancies. Make sure you have proof of purchase and your membership information.

4. How do I redeem my points?show details

Points can be redeemed on the Allegiant payment page when you are making a purchase online. You will need to be logged into your account in order to use your points.

4a. Is there a minimum of how many points I can redeem at once?show details

No, there is no minimum. You are able to redeem your points, at any time. Even if you only have $1 of points in your account, you can apply it for redemption towards your next purchase.

4b. Are there any blackout dates or locations for my Allways Rewards® redemptions?show details

No, there are no blackout dates or locations for redemption. Your Allways Rewards® points can be used on any flight package, including itineraries with hotel stay, car rental, or destination attractions booked through Allegiantair.com, including taxes and fees. You cannot redeem Allways Rewards® points on hotel-only or rental car-only bookings on Allegiantair.com.

4c. What can I redeem my points on?show details

Points can be redeemed on all flight travel packages booked on Allegiantair.com. At this time points cannot be redeemed for Allegiantair.com hotel or rental car bookings that do not include a flight.

4d. Can I redeem my points elsewhere?show details

As of now, points can only be redeemed on Allegiantair.com.

4e. Can I redeem points on taxes and fees?show details

Yes, you can redeem points towards taxes and fees.

4f. Can I use my points for any extras on my booking?show details

Yes, any flight packages can be purchased using points. This includes hotel, auto rental, checked bags, seat selection, and all of our other ancillary offerings. As a reminder, points can currently only be redeemed on itineraries that include a flight.

4g. Can I use my points when I book a hotel or car through Allegiantair.com?show details

Yes, points can be redeemed for all package bookings. However, you cannot currently redeem points when making a hotel-only or rental car-only transaction.

4h. What happens if I cancel a purchase for which I redeemed points?show details

Points that you redeemed on a customer-initiated cancellation will be issued back in the form of a voucher. However, if the flight was impacted by Allegiant, applicable points will be returned to your Allways account.

4i. Can I still earn or redeem Allways Rewards® points and receive member benefits at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor (“Sunseeker”)?show details

Effective September 4, 2025, Allways Members will no longer be eligible to earn or redeem loyalty points at Sunseeker. This change applies to all transactions conducted on SunseekerResorts.com and at Sunseeker properties.

• Earning Points: Points will not be awarded for any purchases made at Sunseeker or on SunseekerResorts.com on or after September 4, 2025. Reservations booked prior to September 4, 2025 will remain eligible for points, regardless of the travel date.
• Redeeming Points: Points may not be redeemed for any bookings made on SunseekerResorts.com or at Sunseeker properties on or after September 4, 2025.
• Previously Earned Points: Points earned prior to September 4, 2025, through qualifying purchases at Sunseeker or SunseekerResorts.com will remain valid for redemption exclusively on Allegiant.com, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
• Booking Restrictions: Points cannot be applied to reservations made prior to September 4, 2025, for travel occurring after that date.

This change is made in accordance with the Program’s right to modify, suspend, or terminate point earning and redemption privileges at any time, with or without notice.

Effective September 4, 2025, the following benefits will no longer be available to Members at Sunseeker:

• 15% off the standard hotel room rate
• Early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability)
• Priority access to special events
• 10% discount on retail apparel and Sunseeker-branded merchandise*
• Mobile check-in
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Free resort water via Vero refill stations

*Retail discount does not include select premium items, sundries, food, or beverage items.

5. Are there added benefits to having an Allways Rewards Visa® card?show details

Yes, cardholders also earn points on everyday purchases, have access to a dedicated Allegiant Member Services phone number, receive complimentary priority boarding, a free drink onboard, BOGO airfare benefit, no points expiration as long as the card is open, access to exclusive cardholder only promotions and more. 5a. Where can I see all of the benefits offered to me with my Allways Rewards Visa® card?show details

5b. What flight benefits do I receive by holding the Allways Rewards Visa® card?show details

Allways Rewards Visa® cardholders receive complimentary priority check-in and priority boarding on Allegiant flights for you and everyone else on your itinerary when you present your Allways Rewards Visa® card to the ticket counter agent and the gate agent upon boarding. In addition, Allways Rewards Visa® cardholders receive one free drink every time they fly Allegiant when they present their Allways Rewards Visa® card to the flight attendant upon ordering a drink.

5c. As an Allways Rewards Visa® cardholder, do the points I earn ever expire?show details

Points do not expire for Allways Rewards Visa® cardholders as long as their card account is open. However, if the account is canceled for any reason, all points accrued in the account are subject to the 24-month expiration rule. On the date of a card cancellation, your points will be set to expire after 24 months of inactivity. You can stop your points from expiring by making a purchase with Allegiant every 24 months, with any form of payment and completing travel. However, all accrued points in a member’s account will be forfeited if the member’s Allways account is closed for any reason.

5d. How do I contact Allegiant Member Services and who is it for?show details

Allegiant Member Services is an exclusive phone line for Allways Rewards Visa® cardholders. Allegiant Member Services can be reached at (702) 800-2088 from 5 AM PT to 8 PM PT Monday through Friday, or 8 AM to 12 PM PT Saturday. When contacting Allegiant Member Services, please have your Allways Rewards® member number ready.

5e. What do I do if I have earned points with my Allways Rewards Visa® card that do not appear on my account after the 6-week period?show details

If you review your account balance and determine you were not credited points correctly for qualified purchases or other point earning transactions, please contact Allegiant Member Services at (702) 800-2088 from 5 AM PT to 8 PM PT Monday through Friday, or 8 AM to 12 PM PT Saturday.

6. What is a Buy One Get One airfare?show details

Allways Rewards Visa® cardholders have the ability to get one free companion airfare anytime they use their card to purchase a vacation package from Allegiant that includes airfare for themselves with four or more hotel nights or seven or more rental car days on the same itinerary. Buy One Get One itineraries must be booked through Allegiant Member Services at (702) 800-2088 from 5 AM PT to 8 PM PT Monday through Friday, or 8 AM to 12 PM PT Saturday.

6a. How do I book a Buy One Get One (BOGO) itinerary?show details

A Buy One Get One (BOGO) airfare itinerary must be purchased via phone with a Member Services agent. Buy One Get One airfare cannot be purchased on Allegiantair.com. For Allegiant Member Services, call (702) 800-2088 from 5 AM PT to 8 PM PT Monday through Friday, or 8 AM to 12 PM PT Saturday.

6b. Who is eligible for a Buy One Get One airfare?show details

Allways Rewards Visa® cardholders with an open credit card account with active charging privileges.*

*As defined by the Allways Rewards Visa® Card Program Rules from Bank of America.

6c. What are the criteria for Buy One Get One airfare?show details

• Four or more hotel nights or seven or more rental car days must accompany the member’s flight purchase and must be booked by calling Allegiant Member Services.
• The member’s full itinerary must be purchased with the member’s Allways Rewards Visa® card by calling Allegiant Member Services and the member must be a passenger on the itinerary.
• The free airfare itinerary must match the itinerary of the member/Allways Rewards Visa® cardholder.
• Itineraries for both tickets must be booked, purchased and ticketed at the same time by calling Allegiant Member Services.

6d. Can I redeem Allways Rewards® points for a Buy One Get One itinerary?show details

No, Allways Rewards® points cannot be redeemed for a Buy One Get One purchase.

6e. Can I purchase a Buy One Get One itinerary as a gift for someone?show details

You can give your companion fare to anyone as long as you, the Allways Rewards Visa® cardholder, are one of the passengers on the same itinerary.

6f. Can I apply the Buy One Get One to an existing purchase?show details

The Buy One Get One Airfare offer is not retroactive or valid for existing itineraries that have already been purchased, ticketed or flown.

6g. Can I earn Allways Rewards® points for a Buy One Get One purchase?show details

Yes, Allways Rewards® points will be earned on the portion of the itinerary that is paid for. You will earn an additional 3 points per $1 spent when paying with your Allways Rewards Visa® card.

6h. How will I receive my tickets and travel confirmation for a Buy One Get One purchase?show details

You will get a confirmation of your purchase via email.
